The 2nd annual CicLAvia rolled around Los Angeles this past weekend. It was a total success. Sub_Urban RIOT represented by distributing our RIOT bike hats to bikers. The Los Angeles 2010 Bicycle Plan was approved with amendments this past Tuesday by the City Council. It’s a step in the right direction, but there’s a lot more work to do!
