     The 2nd annual CicLAvia rolled around Los Angeles this past weekend. It was a total success. Sub_Urban RIOT represented by distributing our RIOT bike hats to bikers. New Los Angeles City Bike Plan

     The Los Angeles 2010 Bicycle Plan was approved with amendments this past Tuesday by the City Council. It’s a step in the right direction, but there’s a lot more work to do!
